Common questions
Are attached clients free?
Yes — while attached to a Coach or Coach Pro account, your client gets Plus at no additional cost. They only consume a seat if they DON'T have their own Plus subscription.
What happens at the seat cap?
You can still add more clients past your cap. They just don't get free Plus — they see a normal Plus upsell. They're never blocked.
Coach subscription lapses?
Affected clients get a 30-day grace with Plus, then a Plus upsell offer. Their history and any assigned programs stay theirs — no data loss.
Is the $4.99 Plus different on iOS/Android/web?
Same features, three billing rails. iOS uses Apple IAP, Android uses Google Play, web uses Stripe. All three feed one entitlement service — subscribe on any device, use everywhere.
Coach billing?
Coach and Coach Pro are Stripe-only (Apple's guidelines prohibit IAP for coach seats). You subscribe on maxtopia.app and sign in on the iOS/Android app.
Coach ↔ client payments?
Maxtopia never touches coach ↔ client money. Coaches use their own Stripe Connect account or the built-in manual invoice tracker to bill clients directly.
